Title

A classic Pale Ale that has seen many recipe iterations across 12 months until we settled on our final version in late 2022. Well balanced between malt and hops with a slight focus towards the hops. All late and dry hops to push the hop flavour and aroma.

Malt: All Voyager Craft Malt - Pale Ale, Vienna, Rye, SM40, Biscuit

Hops: Galaxy & Citra

ABV: 4.5%
